My old and well worn kurta-before the experiment
Ended up as nightwear for my 2 year old,all handstitched.
Will I be attempting such things again?? - Oh,no, not until I get a sewing machine for myself- whew!!!But not bad for a first timer,eh??

Very creative !!I don't have a sewing machine either and want to venture into sewing after I get one. It is too laborious and painful otherwise.
